Dr. Krance is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, but has lived all over throughout his time in the military. He recently retired from the United States Air Force after proudly serving for 32 years. Initially trained as a pilot in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard flying the EC-130E Commando Solo and involved in multiple operations around the world, he followed his true passion in 2005 and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2009 and serving as an active-duty dentist until his retirement in 2025.
While in the Air Force, Dr. Krance successfully completed three advanced residency programs. He is a diplomate of both the American Board of General Dentistry and the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. His last assignment was serving as the Program Director for an AEGD-1 residency program, where he taught advanced techniques to new dentists in the Air Force in all areas of general dentistry.
